is there any chance that my choke is on backwards cuz I swear b4 I put on my air filter that lever up was choke off and lever down was full choke as in hole covered
cuz I went for a rwhen I got the bike and the nylon they had covering the opening came off and the hole was covered and I had to put elastics on it to keep lever up cuz that seamed to open the air way but I could b wrong cuz can't really remember but now I can't check cuz air filter is jb welded on cuz it was just a little to big
so what is it lever up normally and is there anychace at all it is a faulty lever

When the lever is down the choke is off.
It has a part choke in the middle for warming the bike up.
Fully up is full choke.

How are you going to regularly clean your air filter if you have JB'd it on?

I'm just waiting for my buddy to drop off my full part bike on the 3rd of July with air box and everything then im goin to get rid of this airfilter and put on the original

so I looked and when choke lever is up choke flap is open when choke is down it closes the flap tried adding pic but says file is to large

Sounds like the plastic lever has be installed incorrectly.
With the lever in down position, the black tip is below the choke plate lever arm.
You do have the right carb on your bike?
