Hey guys

I have a brand new 2018 crf450 which I am having some trouble trying to get it started.

When I press the start button I can here it prime the fuel pump but it will not try and turn the bike over.

When I cross the starter relay (solonoid) the bike starts and runs perfectly. If I turn the bike off and quickly hit the start button it will start fine again. But if I wait more than 10 seconds the button becomes dead again.

I have changed started button,
Stop switch, solonoid, wiring harness, rectifier, throttle body, coil, fuel pump regulator and a different battery.

Please someone shed some light on this before I burn her...

The only thing I did not see you mention was the Clutch Switch , I am wondering if it is going bad , or has some kind of issue where it only gets intermittent contact ?? , I know on my 20 you have to have the clutch in to crank the engine ... What you could try is disconnect the clutch switch , and jump the 2 wires together (Bl/R-G), and see if it starts , if it does , the switch is the issue , you can either permanently bypass it , or replace it , but that is what I suspect is the issue ...

The Bl/R (Black/Red) wire goes to the Starter button and the Clutch switch
