    Splash guard

    by Stanphil » Mon Jan 18, 2021 1:36 pm

I have a honda crf250l with Tusk Dsport 130/90/18 rear tire mounted. When I hit a bump my tire rubs the splash guard.
Has anyone solved or had this issue? I am guessing this is the price one pays for having an oversized tire?

Yep oversize tyres or those that have gone from a dual sport to a full knobby can have issues.
    They can rub chains too.

If yours is just rubbing at the front you could add a few links to the chain and move the, wheel back if you have the adjustment.
Done this in the past to get knobs away from frame.

It starts,it runs,it gets to where all CRFs can get to without the valve or valve plate dramas
