As I mentioned in your other post
https://www.crfsonly.com/forum/viewtopi ... 15#p334915 if the engine is off , then there is usually drag , the wheel will spin but it will have a
lot of resistance , with the engine running , it should have slight drag , but should spin with the clutch in and in gear , but the clutch need movement and oil to make it somewhat free , but no matter what , if the engine is off there will be a lot of resistance , you can check to see if the clutch basket moves/rocks , if so the basket will need replaced as mentioned by Aussiecrf230 and myself in the other post I linked above
You will always have resistance with the engine off , if you push start the bike and stick it in gear with the clutch in , it will drag dramatically , its just the design of the wet clutch , it needs the oil flowing on it to give it any freedom , if there was no resistance with the engine not running, then your clutch would most likely slip all the time , that is why testing the clutch while the bike is on a stand/in the air , doesn't really tell much about the condition of the clutch itself .... , so I "think" you are overthinking/worrying about this ...... hope that helped
