Electric start issues

People’s,

Hoping someone can offer some advice, I have an 04 CRF250X, dropped it on a ride (nothing to harsh) while heading up a rutted hill. Went to hit the start button and nothing at all, zip, nada!! So kicked her over the remainder of the day no problems, I thought it’d be a wire loose in the button or something.

Well I’m now lost, I checked and no loose wiring, I thought maybe the switch mech itself maybe loose inside so i replaced it, I’ve bypassed the clutch switch and replaced the relay behind the headlight (have had the issue before). Can’t work out what else it could be or what to check next. Fornit to suddenly stop all together seem odd.

Cheers

I went back at it again after a break and worked my way through from back to front, I think I was just getting frustrated.

Bikes can be frustrating at times and it is always best to walk away rather than losing it and doing something rash.
I bet more than one of us has threatened to burn one.
