    Great Customer Service from PMB!!!!!

    by bellec » Wed Mar 28, 2007 4:29 am

    Guys,

I just have to give major praise to Pro Moto Billit for not only having the best kickstand out there, but also having one of the best customer support!

I have an 03 CRF450R and a PMB kickstand that is just about as old. Out here in Southern Ca we have something called the Santa Ana Winds and when you're out in the mountains the winds blow incredible hard. I put my bike on the kickstand, walked away from it to continue to gear up and right before my eyes (the horror) I saw it blow my bike over on to it's left side. I pick my bike up and immediately saw my PMB kickstand bent to crap. I straighten it out the best I could and it still worked, but I could feel it binding. A couple of months later the kickstand broke completely off, again this is by no means PMB's fault.

I call them up and asked how much for parts. The gentlemen on the other end, who was very professional and kind, said they can be very hard to get the internal spring back together. He suggested, I just send it in and he would later give me a price. Well, yesterday I got my kickstand UPS and no bill. They just handled it and took care of me I was totally expecting to pay something

You really don't realize how important a kickstand is until you don't have one!
03 CRF450r had an XR600 12yrs ago and all I can say is WOW! Suspenion revalved, promoto billit kick stand, end cap, o-ring chain and the basic engine guards.

Good news! IT's that kind of thing that makes me pass on suggested info to others.

That is a great place to meet up with everyone. You'll have a blast (especially if new2crf comes).

Last year In2deep came up with an R. The gearing wasn't quite where he needed it, but there was plenty of power...

You mean to tell me only one R showed up? I'll have to show up just so I can represent the R's! Does new2crf have a R also?

No Kevin is the resident fireworks expert, hence the term "Blast".
