I do not have a problem posting the way you described when attaching a picture to a post on the message board. However, I am having trouble posting a picture to my garage in my profile. I go to garage, "my vehicle", manage gallery, and then "Enter a URL to an online image". Once I paste in the URL, I get this message:
    Unsupported File Type

"You Entered Both A Image With A Unsupported File Type. We Support The Following File Types : JPG/PNG/GIF
If You Were Creating/Editing A New Vehicle/Modification/Quartermile Time/Rollingroad Run It Will Still Have Worked, However The Image Will Not Be Attached To It"

I am obviously doing something wrong - help?

garage works a little different. you can "browse" to a file on your local machine and upload it to the site, or point to an image on the web (URL). if using a URL, enter it in like this (minus the quotes) "http://i1190.photobucket.com/albums/z453/1p0pp1cs/misc/rtnumber.jpg"

Thanks Riddler. You helped me figure out my mistake . . . I was not removing the preset "http" typing before pasting in the URL address for the picture. By the way, you have the coolest X for your avatar.

Thanks man! I picked it up pretty cheap, I think I have less than 1k in it as you see it in the picture. I am working on converting it to a dualsport in the next few weeks so I hope to contribute a little to this site and do some documentation on the stator swap, lighting and cost involved etc.
