Depends on the severity of the bend. I had a slight bend that caused my exhaust can to rub the rear tire. I was able to bend it back with a large C-clamp and a leverage bar. Took about 15 minutes.

Take seat off. Unless you already know which way the bend is going, view the sub from the top and from behind. Get an idea which way the sub needs to be bent back.

This is tough for me to explain...
Take the C-clamp and clamp it on to the sub just past the bend (toward the rear of the bike.) The clamp should be tightend down in that spot (whatever you determine it to be.) I recommend putting some wood pieces between the clamp feet and your sub to avoid marring and a hard pinch to the sub. The spine of the clamp should be up. Take your leverage/pry bar and put it through the space between the spine of the clamp and your sub (where the clamp is clamped.) Then, dertermine which way you need to "twist" the clamp so that it bends the sub the opposite way from your current damage bend. Have a helper hold the bike still and slowly and evenly put your weight into the direction to "unbend" your bend.

The clamp I used is a 12-inch C-clamp. You need a decently sized steel clamp. Pry bar can be anything. I used and old fence pipe.

Again, my bend was pretty slight. Not knowing how bad you bent yours, the advice I'm giving you may not be the best. At least, it'll be a place to start.

if you are reasonably skilled with a welder, or even with hand/power tools, you could make something similar.

i wouldnt jump it anymore it might break on you, because i cased a jump real hard at hollister hills, and my subframe busted in 2 different places, and it is aluminum and it is just not as strong as before. so i would be careful. thats what i think.

I bent mine back by laying the bike on the floor of my garage and 6ft piece of fence pole between the 2 "arms" of the subframe. I then stood on the swing arm and very gently applied upward pressure and bent it back in place. It is very simple to do. I felt bad having to lay the bike on the cold concrete so I gave it a fresh plug and a oil change.
