    41. Been riding three years (regularly) and a few times when I was young (on borrowed bikes in open fields.) Lately, I think I've really started to hit my stride (well...at least as much as a 41-year old can "hit a stride.") I thought for sure I was a 90% woods and 10% track guy. I do love the woods and will ALWAYS stay with that, but I have been hitting tracks lately and am LOVIN' the speed and flight that comes with MX. Have done some pretty decent doubles (still gaining confidence for the triples) and am falling more and more in love with whoops, rhythms, and tabletops (now that I'm learning throttle control and body position technique.) I still suck at the turns (I tend to slow too much instead of keeping the throttle on and not losing it) but I know that will come with practice.

Looking to enter at least one MX race this year (in the "OFG" class of course.) I think it will be a blast no matter where I end up!

42 here.... looks like a lot of us are starting riding again after long period of rest. LONG. I rode the heck out of 2 strokes when I was a young stupid teen. I tell ya now, jumping is a little more scary at 42 vs 18. I think it is because we cant hurt ourselves now with our killer jobs to go back to on monday...kids to feed, etc. Where did the damn fear come from??? Dont remember being scared to hit a double. Hmmmm.
My boys call me a wuss! Shoot, 3 feet of air is good enough for me. Ill take trees over triples any day now!

Been riding since I was 6, and I'm 40 now. I thought I was done in 2003 when I sold my CR500. I didn't have anyone to ride with and hated staring at my bike in the corner of the garage every time I went out there. I have always been a Dirt Bike and Dirt Rider subscriber....When all the hype of the 450X started, it got me thinking about getting one. Then one day, I met one of my neighbors who has a KTM 450. The rest is history! I was down at the dealer picking up what turned out to be the second X that was sold there. I will never be without a bike again if I can help it.

Im 21 years old, and Ive been riding since I was 5. My dad started at age 7, and like alot of others here stopped in his 20s, only to pick it back up as soon as his kids were old enough to ride. Pops is 47 now and we ride together as much as we can. I dont know what I would do without it! We just started racing Hare Scrambles is '05 and we're loving it. Pops does more pitting and support than actually racing, but we still get out there and have a good time. As for me, Im going to ride until I cant physically ride anymore! Shake and Bake!!! :D

Started riding when I was 7 and got my first bike when I was 8. A XR80. She was a beaut. Now I'm 31 and not as crazy as I once was, but trying to preserve my integrity.
