Thanks guy for all the prayers and support. Still no more real news. It's seems as though his heart rate has dropped a bit which is good because it was beating to fast. I will let everyone know if a fund needs to be started and I really appreciate ken offering to help start and promote it. Also a great idea for local guys to help out anyway they can. As for now we are just playing the waiting game to see how the next few days and weeks are going to pan out. Please keep following this thread and I will try to keep it updated with any news the second I get it. And hopefully they can wake him up soon and I can share all the warm thoughts with him.

Praying for God's will in all this...

So easy to ask why and never see an answer...

Guilty of testing down the road without my lid, won't anymore. Spent last winter in the hospital with a bruised brain because I was too cool for snowboarding with a helmet on. We all can justify it to ourselves that "It won't happen to me" or "I'm just going for a short while". Accidents can happen so quick!

Thanks for sharing, will be watching for updates.

Update on steve: they did another CT scan this morning and there is more swelling in the brain then yesterday so they are going to put a drain in to help. His vitals today are doing a lot better then yesterday. Fever is down. And heart rate are down.

His wife Jen is showing how strong she really is. She is holding it together well. At least well for the situation.
I guess Steve kinda had a rough day today. Kinda up and down. This is a real critical time for him. We need him to stabilize so his body can really start healing . Then they can wake him up and evaluate the damage. It looks like he will be asleep for a while so his body can try to work on healing and his brain can rest. More updates tomorrow.

Certainly not the news I was looking for when I came to the boards today.

Hope all is well with him and his family. I also hope that he will recover as best as he can, that lobe removal does not sound good...

Update on Steve: Seizures are now very minimal. They did not have to drug induce a coma as they thought they were going to have to do today.(I guess he has just been heavily sedated this whole time so as not to wake up or feel pain). So he is not getting worse which is Awesome. Keep up the prayers.
