Flatlands rad guards -not doing there job?

    Well just an update - still no reply from flatlands which is very dissapointing as its a pity there customer service isnt as good as there products !

    Try calling them. I've found that some companies, particularly smaller ones, take some time to respond to email requests. But they do respond.

    You know...I had a bit of a problem with their email responses also. When I first got my guards, there was a problem because Honda had changed the engine position for the '06 450R. The guards they sent me didn't work. They had to develop a whole new guard as they weren't aware that Honda change the engine position.

    Anyway, I emailed their generic customer support email address and didn't hear anything. Once I called, things got in motion. I would recommend emailing [email protected] . I believe he is the boss's right hand man and head sales dude (I think.) Again, once I started working with him, things went just fine.

    Just an update as im only back after a few weeks off

    ive tried emails to flatlands and still a month later and no response so i just bought a new set from ken - end result - ive no faith in getting any customer service from flatlands so be warned if you have any problems .
    very dissapointing
