I hit the big 40 in three months and I have never thrown my leg over a motorcyle until two months ago. I only wish I could have discovered this thrill 35 years ago. I have never done anything that makes me feel this young. I have absolutely become obsessed with it.

52 years old. I just started riding again after a 31 year break. My last bike was a 74 Elsinore 125.

Since I was 12; going on 23...now that I'm going to be 39 this year! If I didn't ride, I wouldn't bother waking up in the morning to go to work. True. Riding is my 'fountain of youth'.

Wow a seasoned group. I guess this explains the popularity of the 450X. I'm 47, thought I was older than most. Kept my Suzuki RM370 for a lot of years. Always had a Street bike (Current 96 RF900 Suzuki).
Last year, my son was turning 11 soon and I wanted to get back into it baddly. Bought the 450x, TTR90 for him, my 15 year old daughter with JRArthritis on a 350 warrior quad, and the wife with a new XT225. 16ft flatbed and a 91 30ft Pinnacle Motorhome. (Trying to keep the debt at a minimum). All in the last year.
This is my first Honda. I thought I was coming over to the dark side, but I've been really happy with this bike. The quality and performance has been outstanding, but for some reason I still feel funny about wearing Honda apparel.

Now how is it that all us old farts are the ones on the computer in the forum?

I'm 46 and really enjoying riding again after a 20year absence so much so that me and my two pals are sending off our entrys just now to take part in the 2008 Dakar rally so we are still crazy no matter our age !!!
