    What have ya done to that thing to make it bust open like that??? :shock:

    It had a DRG ported head, with ferrea intake valves, kibblewhite +1mm oversized exhaust valves, kibblewhite valve springs, Hotcam stage 2, sparks full system exhaust, k&n without a airbox lid, big gun cdi, DRG 12.5:1 piston kit(pump gas friendly). but it was a rod bearing failure that made the rod break and thrown through the case. But whenever i buy a bottom end, its being treated to 500cc's.

    thats an 04-05 as u can see the oil cooler lines in the front of the motor.

    You should listen to the noises coming from the engine a little more closely. To break a rod like that the lower rod bearings must have been severely worn or u ran it low on oil.
