Guys I'm at a loss. Bought a bike in pieces and put it together. Previous owner burnt up the crank. I stalled new crank, piston, cylinder. Head looked great so nothing new. Valve lash is set at .009" exhaust and .004-.005" I take. The cam timing is correct. Cam gear lined up with the head surface while flywheel is on its mark and crank gears are aligned on their marks. I went through the carb found no issues. Installed all balls kit and idle screw. New plug and plenty of spark while holding the spark plug to ground and kicking. The only thing I'm curious of is TPS. I did take.it off and reinstall it on the mark but not sure if I have the inside was.supposed to be preloaded any. I'm just at a loss. I get nothing, no back fires or anything even when spraying carb cleaner in the intake. Any advice??
