CRF250 valve adjustment after valve replacement.

Hello everyone, I just got my head back from service with the CRFonly guys and they did a phenomenal job. I'm having one issue putting it all back together. The valve shimming. I don't know if I'm supposed to put the old shims in and measure from there, or if I put no shims in and measure with no shims. Or if there's a neutral shim? That's just a good one to start on per say? Thanks in advance

You need to have something to measure against. I would put the old shims back in, and see if you can get a starting point. It is much easier to do this on a bench before you put the head on the bike.
