[Bull Gear]

I have a new cam and bearing (OEM) for my '05 but I cannot seem to lay my hands on a procedure for installing the new bearing on the cam. I don't have a service manual and cannot find anything posted anywhere.
I assume it's a press fit but how tight can I expect it to be?
Will it drop on with the freezer/oven trick or will I need to resort to a press?
Any other tricks I should know about?
As fragile and expensive as these things are I don't want to risk damage.
