I have have the tuning software and usb interface, I just would like to have the manual in PDF.

Unfortunately, the manual is useless. Here's a link to HRC website for this tool:

There's more information on these pages than in the "manual". They also have some sample maps. One word of caution, just because you can change parameters beyond recommendations doesn't mean you should. More is not always better and in the case of maps can cause issues.

Sorry for the stupid question guys,
I've been unable to find the HRC PGM-FI software for my 2014 CRF250R. Neither local dealers in Canada nor online ...
Any help is really appreciated!
