250r 2009 hard to start when stalled.

Hi im new to this forum so i dont know if this is the right place to post about this topic but here we go, and sorry for any grammar misstakes.

Anyway, bought a 2009 honda crf 250r and its very nice to ride and start very easy when cold or hot, but when you stall it is impossible to start for me, tried 1000 diffrent starting techniques but nothing makes it better or worse..
Sometimes when it idles it can rush up a bit on the rpm? And if you twist the throttle hard it can hesitate for a second or just die sometimes.

I have checked the valves and they are in spec, i run standard jetting except for the pilot jet (42).

I run at sealevel and temperature around 50-70.

    Thanks in advance.

Check this thread to find jetting and fuel screw setup recommendations for your setup and elevation:

Idling up, hesitation, and stalling off-idle can be a number of things. If the jets are correct and not clogged, I would check the leak jet size and make sure the fuel screw o-ring is not damaged. Sometimes you find o-ring is not even on the needle, or has been compressed so badly that it starts to crack.
