A friend just pulled his 04 CRF250R out of storage. Surprise!!! it wont start. Of course. Anyways, we changed the oil and filter, fuel, and fuel filter. Pulled the carb, cleaned out the main jet, pilot jet and leak down too. Pump was clean, needle and clip is stock position. Air screw at 2.25 turns out. Bike is stock.
After cleaning it twice I am still not getting any fuel through the carb. The plug is dry as a bone. Fuel is filling the bowl.
What am I missing? Any ideas?

Look through the carb (take the air box off) and make sure you are seeing a good squirt when the throttle is rolled.
