    Suspension / triple clamp

Hello guys, i'm new on this site so Hi everyone.
Great site and idea doing one like this.

    So I got a problem with my 2012 crf250r.
The handelbar isn't "aligned" with the triple clamps.

I don't really know if someone already had this problem or knows how to solve it.

I tried to loosen the handelbar clamps and straighten align it. It worked but after one ride I had the same proble (I tightened the bolts pretty good)

Thanks already if someone finds time for answering this post.

I am going to say the bars are bent , the only other way it could be off like that is if the rubber inserts in the mounts are worn or they are offset (forward position ,rearward position) and one is facing the wrong way , in which case you spin one around so they match , but it does not look off far enough for that

So i am sticking with bent/twisted bars , did you try loosening the crossbar ?? , sometimes they can get twisted in a fall , and hold the bars crooked , but most likely if you remove the bars and put them on a known flat surface you will find they are slightly bent

All it takes is one tip over the right way and the stock 7/8" bars will bend , that is why a lot of people switch to Fat Bars or Twinwalls , they are less prone to bending in a mild fall

Totally remove bars from the clamps and clamps from triple clamp. Inspect bar clamp stems for bends and rubber cones for wear. Try rotating cones and re-installing bar clamps, notice offset direction, only snugging nuts semi tight. Install bars then tighten nuts under triple clamp. You may need new cones if yours are worn out. Suggest using Scotts bar mount cones over OEM Honda cones.
