I have a 2005 crf250r and I want to get a new exhaust but I don't know what the best exhaust system is that will give me more power through all ranges ?

Welcome to CRF's Only. Just about any of the major brands will deliver more exhaust performance. However, you'd need to tell us more about what you are looking for in performance. More power down low? More power up top? Aftermarket exhausts systems are one piece of the performance puzzle but there are other ways to increase/change power that are more cost effective.
