So my bike recently started stalling when i shifted into first. I think it was caused by someone learning to ride and stalling a lot. If i let it, it creeps forward in first with the clutch in but if i hold it in place it stalls. I rode it around a bit and now it at least stays in place without stalling. But now when i try to get it into neutral it goes into second, and i keep missing neutral.

I was thinking of replacing the throttle cable and adjusting it. Do u think it`s a engine problem or something else? any advice? thoughts?

I seriously doubt that someone repeatedly stalling the bike has anything to do with this, but hey, I've been wrong before. It is possible that the clutch cable has stretched a bit. When that happens, the clutch will not fully disengage when the lever is completely pulled in. I'd take a look there and see if matbe the clutch cable could be tightened. Freeplay at the lever should be set to 10-20mm or 3/8 to 13/16". Freeplay would be the amount of movement the lever will allow before you feel you are pulling against the clutch springs.

Bikes not wanting to stay put when in gear with the clutch in is a sign that the clutch needs to be adjusted. Not finding neutral is sometimes related to the clutch not fully disengaging with the lever (again, clutch adjustment), and sometimes it is just the oddness of a particular gearbox - been around many a bike that would not go into neutral after stopping the bike unless you rolled it forward just a bit, even with perfect clutches.
