Is there anyway i can put a light kit on a 2005 honda crf250r?

You can use a stator and wiring harness from any 04-13 CRF250X. You would also need a capacitor to take place of the battery. With this system you could power minimal lighting.

Where do you put the stator or how do you attach it? and the same with the capacitor

The stator would replace your existing one. The capacitor is small and could be mounted in the air box or behind the headlight.
