I have a 450R that i use a 13oz Flywheel Weight on , it makes all the difference in the world and i (as well as any of my friends that ride it) rarely if ever stall the bike in corners on the track or in tight slow tough sections in the woods or desert

I ride the bike on the track and use it for a off-road/woods/loaner bike , the weight is going to depend on your needs , a small weight will help on the track with corners ,etc , without taking away the hit/snap , the heavier you go , the less prone to stalls and the more lugging you can do, but the less snap the bike has

It will still pull plenty hard , just more smooth which is great for off-road, so it depends on your specific needs as to what weight will best suit you, because what works for one person or application might not work for another depending on your riding ability and specific needs , give a explanation of what your specifically looking to achieve , and what its main use will be

You can go with a add-on weight or a complete flywheel , they will each do basically the same thing and come in basically the same weight choices , weights are cheaper , but take a little more to install than just putting on a flywheel does ..... i use a weight and have not had any issues
