Will a crf250x fender fit directly onto a crf250r?
The 250r is a 2005

no...not a direct fit. the X fender has provisions for the battery box and the electronics.

Correct about the additional provisions, however these provisions can easily be removed if they should prevent the 250X fender from mounting onto the 04-05 250R subframe. All of the mounting holes will be located properly to allow the swap.
