Does rim/hubs from a crf250r fit my 2000 cr250 2stroke? They dont come with any rotors or sprockets, so i am wondering if my old parts would bolt right on or do i have to buy different parts to make it work?

The main difference is that the CRF250R rim is 19x1.85 wide vs your CR250 which is 19x2.15 wide. The better solution would be a rim from a CRF450R as it will be 19x2.15. Either of the CRF wheels will use the same sprocket as the CR250 but your rotor will be different. The diameter is the same as will be the bolt circle between the CR and the CRF but the bolt diameter on the CR is 8mm whereas the CRF is only 6mm, the holes on your rotor are too large for the bolts needed for the CRF hub.

What about the front rim? Are the sizes different as well?
Would i notice any difference in handling of machine?
Are the hubs interchangable or will i need different spacers?

Front wheel, hub, rotor, axle, and spacers will interchange between the CR and either the CRF250R or CRF450R. The rear hubs discussed above will also be a direct swap as far as the axle and spacers are concerned.

Thanks for the info. Is the narrower rim not designed for my bike? Can i mount my stock size tire on the rim or does it have to be the size for the crf250? Will i notice the difference between the two sizes?
