    i know this does not sound to exciting but i have a 04 crf230f and i wanna move up to a 250 and i wanna trade,
    i figured maybe someone out there is slowin down on ridin or just tryin to get rid of a bike,
    any sighns of interest would be greatly appreciated.

    sell your bike and buy a 250. chances are slim to none that anyone would do that trade
