Yep,
you are out of shimming room.
Time for new valves.
CRF'sONLY has the FactionMX intake kit which changes them to Stainless steel intakes.

It's $ 166.20 plus 4 OEM Valve seals plus a head gasket.
You will need to have your valve seats recut as well.
