Question regarding transmission! The bike sometimes skips into like a false neutral on the upshift between 3rd and 4th gear. Always when power shifting. Is this a characteristic of wear on the actual teeth?, or wear on the dogs of the gear?

Anyone have experience of this?

Typically it's the wear on the dogs of the gear. You may also have a worn and/or bent shift fork.
