Does your right boot get torn up from kick starting your bike? I have managed to completely rip a 3 inch tear out of my boots. I even try not to kick down that far and to turn my foot so it doesn't hit, but still end up doing it when I'm in a hurry.

My 07' did the same thing to my Fox boots that were only 2 rides old. My bro did the same thing to his A-stars with his 06'. He also only had 2 rides!

    +1

My boots had a leather instep and quickly wore a hole in them, bruising my right instep. Got a pair of O'neal all plastic boot and now scratch the plastic but it doesn't put a hole in them. No solution to fix this that I know of, just turn your foot out a bit, and check out the bruises after you get home from the race.
Now a firm believer in neck braces! Don't look at the ruts; don't look at the ruts; don't look at the ruts...

Yeah, looking to get new boots now. I was thinking of getting something with a harder plastic and see how well it holds up. My Fox's are plastic, but seems soft. I have been trying to turn my foot out, but when you're in a hurry....

    Yup, they all will Joe.
We should have a betting poll for by what year model will all four Japanese 450's will have e-start. I think I'd say if I had to pick it now 2010.
Hey, I just saw a picture of a new Yamaha SuperMoto/street bike, based on a WR250 engine. That looks like a blast.
That market is interesting and growing, those bikes look like such fun. Doug
