    what to buy?

    i have an 04 crf 250 and it needs clutch work. when i go to honda do i ask for a clutch rebuild kit or do i buy a couple of parts. and is it hard to replace the clutch if so, what should i pay to get my clutch fixed. i was told 250 for honda to do it but what do you guys think? dirt bike stuff is new to me but a can turn a wrench so i thank all the help i can get. im in scottsdale az if anyone can help me that is near.

    It depends on what is wrong with the clutch.

    If the discs are just burn't, that's a relatively simple process to replace. If the basket is bad, that's a little more involved.

    Either way it's not rocket science.

    This kit includes:
    22401-KRN-730 Clutch Springs (5)
    22201-KRN-670 Friction Disk (8 )
    22321-KF0-770 Clutch Plate (7)
    11352-KRN-670 Clutch Cover Gasket (1)

    All this costs $ 119.00. It can be installed by most anyone in less than an hour with a beer break.
