Mr. Micah, the easiest route is here:

It is a head exchange for about $250.00. The next best thing is to go stainless. You will need valves and springs, have your seats cut, and seals for insurance.

If you send your head off for SS valves, which is what i would do, all you`ll need is a head gasket.
Your owners manual will show you how to remove the head, that`s all you`ll need.
If you do it yourself you will still need to get the seats cut, Mxtime.com is a good place to send it to do that. Then all you`ll need is valves and springs.
If you do send it to mxtime, just send him your head with the cam still on and tell him to replace your intakes with his SS kit. You`ll have your head back in week with new valves and shimmed for $225.

If you want to save some money on it, pull the head and ship it to me. Order in some Faction MX Stainless steel valves. Ship me the head and the valves, I'll clean the head, cut the seats, and install the valves with new seals for $ 75.00. The valve kit with the springs, retainers and keepers should be around $ 166.20 delivered. Shipping back and forth from AZ to SoCal should be $10 each way.
