250R OR 450R

i am a pretty good rider looking to get off the quad and back on a bike should i get a 250r or 450r i am like 6'1 and 160lbs so i weigh next to nothing and ride all trails not really any track what do you guys think??

crf250X or crf450X
not R cause if you want trail, they made the X for it
if first bike--> 250x
if you already rode a bike---> 450X

well I'm 6' and i ride the 450R and i weigh 154...its a great bike for me i love it. Lately all i have been riding is trails and its a fun bike. however if you are just looking to do trails you might want to look into the 450 X which i believe is set up better for that kind of riding...

Im 5'5 130 lbs and I ride a 05 450R on trails only. I love it, it puts a smile on my face every time I start it

I know someone who weighs more, riding the 150R. Does your 450 even know it has a rider on it?

Well i am about 5'8 and 140 pounds and ride a 250R its a blast anywhere you ride it and in my opinion the gearing makes tight wood trails far more fun gives u much more get up and go compared to a 250X but if your lookin for a 450 the X is the way to go i think
