    anybody have torque specs for the cyclinder head bolts? I seem to have misplaced my owners manual, but I don't think they are in there anyways. '06 250r
    I'd greatly appreciate it.

    If you are talking about the 6mm bolts, then it is 87 in lbs.

    doh, i spelled torque wrong, heh

    anyways, no, i'm talking about the 4 14mm head bolts that hold the head to the cylinder, i had to put in new valves/springs

    There are 4 cylinder head nuts that should be torqued to 29 ft-lbs. There are also 3 cylinder and cylinder head mounting bolts that should be tightened "securely." This torque is actually out of the '04 - '05 Service Manual which I used for our '06 CRF250R. I don't see the 87 in-lbs. for the bolts but maybe that torque is in the '06 Service Manual. Hope this helps.

    Like fbr stated, the 4 cylinder head nuts are 29ft lbs.
