    i am 5'4" and weigh 150 pounds what should i set my sag at i do mx and sx

    I don't have the link on this computer but if you search my posts for sag you will find one with great links for suspension.

    Invest in suspension

    If you weigh only 150 lbs. then bring your suspension to a reputable suspension shop and have it re-sprung and re-valved. They will tell you the recommended sag and other settings. This will be the best money that you will ever spend on your CRF250R. The stock suspension is not designed for your rider weight. Even if you get the sag correct with your rider weight on the bike, I'll bet the no-rider sag will then be excessive with the stock springs.
