    OIL CHANGE HELP

    I have a 2006 CRF250R and its time for the first oil change. I didn't recieve an owners manuel when I bought it so I need some help.

    1)How much oil does it hold, or what the manuel says recomended.

    2)Same question except for transmission fluid.

    Engine oil capacity:

    660cc after draining
    690cc after draining and oil filter change
    850cc after disassembly


    Transmission oil capacity:

    600cc after draining
    700cc after disassembly
