I am thinking of trying desert racing this next year. It seems like alot of fun.

Approx, how many miles can I expect to a tank of gas at a descent race pace?

i have a friend that has done a 60mile round trip ride and had just enought to make it, now this WASNT at a race pace.
you might want to try adding larger tank wich you can find on this web site, remember if your trying to save wieght dont fill the tank all the way only fill it enough to finish the race.
