    Sorry to bring up an old topic but I am having the same issue I've checked timing fuel and spark. I am 100% sure it's not valve issues timing or spark related. I did rebuild the Carb myself but the AP is sending fuel to the valve body. I'm confused any help would be appreciated.

    not sure i understand...AP sending fuel to the valve body?

    Sorry the valve set. where it goes into the head. sorry im new to the whole dirtbike scene.

    The AP nozzle is designed to provide a long and strong squirt of fuel into the intake port...right at the port divider.
