Sounds like you found part of it though.
I presume it is a CVK carby. I have read that the idle jet is a 35 with a 118 main. Can't confirm if that is worldwide production but would guess it would be.
Suggest you google Keihin CVK or even just CV and check the diagrams are the same as your carby. There is a Keihin dealer in South Australia that should be able to supply jets. Maybe the kit you mentioned would work. You would be looking for at least a 40 idle maybe a 45. The idle mixture screw is different from the CRF230F too, but will have the same D head that Honda loves. Check out what jets come in the kit. They do have differences with fuels in US but you are only looking at the hole size compared to what you have. You can PM me if you like.
