welcome to CRF's Only and congrats on your new 450X. the more you ride it the more you'll love it. first, is to make sure you break in the motor correctly:

next, make sure it is jetted correctly. if you have any off-idle bog/hesitation it is likely lean. this is the case for most of us. we have been very successful with the JD Jetting kit:

Open up your airbox:

if you are not the honda target weight get the correct rated springs for your forks and shock. this will allow you to adjust the clickers to get your suspension working as designed.
there's much more you can do but this will get the bike broken in correct, jetted correctly and the suspension working.
