removing fork springs

can anyone tell me how to remove the fork springs on my 06 crf450r?ihave already drained the outer oil .any info would be appreciated
its quite easy i changed my springs recently.
after undoing the fork top cap with the correct wrench
undo the 21mm cap (which holds the rebound adjuster) on the bottom of the fork.
push down the fork to expose a locknut, and loosen it
remove the 21mm cap
change the springs
assembly is reverse
