Good source to tune your suspesion settings

For some reason, I have never really had luck understanding the relationship between compression and rebound. Not what they do but getting them to work in harmony. Came across the link below that did a nice job in giving you a simple approach to get the fine tuning job done. Thought I would pass it along.

To add some more credibility to the link...Bruce does most of the guys suspension that race the North Carolina Hare Scrambles. He does excellent work and really knows his stuff. Even if you just have basic questions he will return your calls and talk to you about it...whether you have had him set your stuff up or not. If you give him a heads up he will take your stuff on Saturday before a race and you will be ready to go Sunday. I really can't say enough good things about Bruces operation. Oh yeah...he races his own stuff too and doesn't do too bad.
