Showa Fork Damper, where to buy?

Anyone know who has the best price and customer service to purchase a fork damper? (Part # 51430-MEY-003) Mine has apparently decided to freeze open and will not adjust. Will be taking a torch to it later and disassemble it further just to see why. Doubt it will reassemble and want to order a new one.

Thanks Ken. What is included on the assembly? Are shims, valve and spring assembly included or would I use my current.
After I disassembled the rebound assembly it had a burr that must have occurred during manufacture. It took a pair of pliers to torque it back open. works fine now, but would rather just install a new assembly.
