    center bolt, at rebound adjuster

    center bolt is stripped badly, any ideas on how i can remove it?

    more info needed but it is cheep to have your unit rebuilt
    over 40 still ridin hard

    I came across this same issue on a pair of SHOWA forks I rebuilt. Apparently the debris from the bushings has a tendency to collect at the base of the fork tube right by the center bolt threads. What I did to remove the badly stripped center bolt was tig an aluminum rod to the center bolt so I could pull and rotate at the same time. Worked great. Ultimately I had to replace the entire lug.
