hay guys my mate has an 04 crf250x and the forks are quite hard and the more you pump them the harder they get then they just lock up any ideas?

They are bound up at the bottom.

Loosen the two 10mm bolts on the right side fork lug( non brake side).

Push the forks down while applying the brake several times. You should notice that the axle will recede into the fork lug slightly and the forks will free up.

Retighten the two bolts on the fork lug.
