While greasing my 450 i lost some needles, now i need to put some new bearings in. It`s the "u" shaped arm that goes from the frame to the linkage.

My question is, can you push those bearings out from one side or do have to go from the inside out?

It is the shock link. You can tap them out from the opposite side using a drift. You should be able to push them out from one side though.
