Hello from Finland.
Because CC is much popular in U.S.A.,
i think you guys have found good settings
to stock Crf suspension.(Rebound and compression)
I am only a sunday cruiser so Öhlins isnt the answer. With riding gear on i weight about 203lbs.

Thanks and sorry about my bad english.

Stiffer springs front and rear. Your ride gets softer.
Off-road valving is softer than motocross, spring rates are about the same.
Check out Race Techs suspension spring chart, enter your weight, select 'trail ' riding and it'll make a spring rate recommendation.
Install those springs, set the sag, and ride it.
Your owners manual has an outstanding section on adjusting your compression/rebound settings, read it carefully after your initial ride and make any required adjustments.
You'll be very pleasantly suprised. Doug
