    I am changing fluids in my 2007 crf250r suspension and need to know what weight shock oil and nitrogen pressure to use. I can find info that suggests 2.5 weight in Showas on other bike brands but want to know exactly.

    Shock fluid is 5 WT.

    Nitrogen pressure is 142 psi.
