wow so close to perfection. if u have a honda u know the forks bottom metal to metal ouch. they did not fix this problem! but the fork action is vastly improved just not in the bottoming dept.i opted for linkage with my revalve and i have to say "wow" this is so much better on rough bumps, entering and exiting corners i would give a perfect score but for rg3 not fixing the dreaded fork clank.WHAT UP CMON rg3!!!!
now im running 405 cc oil hieght next step is to raise 10cc but this will stiffen last 3.6 inches i called them and they say changin shims for the bottoming is possible  .any advice please help?

yes i have the smart valves .as far as comp clikers going harder makes the entire travel stiffer. I am only looking to eliminate the wrist jarring clank when i f up ie over jump or get sucked down in the whoops ect.is there part of the shim stack that only effect bottom area of travel.mabey i shulda gone with factory connection n there bottoming cones..

If you're going to set up suspension to be plush and survivable under the most exteme conditions, i.e, " over jumping, dropping the front end in whoops ", the suspension not going to work very well anywhere else...

Suspension setup is a game of give and take. If you give more towards one area, in your case, over jumping and dropping the front end in the whoops, you're drastically taking away from everything else.

You're already using more outer chamber fluid volume than I would have ever installed. At over 400cc, your bottoming resistance should be very high.

My advice? Try to not over jump and keep that front end up. If you're successful at that, you might find you can lose some of that fluid volume and your forks will be even more plush.
