i went to the dunes with some buddies yesterday and today. They both have 08 yz450f's and heres the thing.

When i rode their bikes i loved the suspension compared to my 07 450R. Just from the give it has is what i'm talking about there.

When i was taking a turn, in like 2nd gear pinned i could swing the tail end out pretty hard on the YZ's and feel in complete control. But my CRF i could only swing it out if i really tried hard and when it did i felt like it was really sketchy.

the front end on my CRF is pretty wabbly in the forks. I feel like it jerked left and right really bad in rough spots.

Would this maybe just be my clickers? i'm not sure how to troubleshoot whats going on or how to read my suspension anyone got any tips?

Could be a clicker adjustment. It is the easiest thing to check first. In sand typical set-up is to stiffen(turn in) the compression and especially the rebound. You want every setting moving slower. Also run your race sag (preload on rear spring) softer. That takes more weight off the front wheel.
